Rep. Bronna Kahle (R-Adrian) is pledging to keep Michigan students safe by supporting the OK2SAY program in a video on her official Facebook page.
The program allows people to confidentially report tips, criminal activity or threats of harm against students or schools and schools. Individuals can submit reports via phone call, texting, email, on the program’s website, or on the OK2SAY official app for iOS and Android devices.
“OK2SAY aims to stop harmful behavior before it occurs and to keep our kids, our schools and our communities safe,” Kahle said in the video.
Schools can also schedule OK2SAY student safety programs for grades kindergarten to 12 through the website. A total of 2 million children have already attended OK2SAY programs.
