Tim Walberg has served as Michigan’s 5th District representative since 2011 after succeeding Mark Schauer. Before joining Congress, he was a member of the Michigan House of Representatives from 1983 to 1999. Born in Chicago in 1951, Walberg is currently 72 years old and resides in Tipton. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor University.
