CITY OF HILLSDALE: Three Meadows Subdivision Development

Development

City of Hillsdale issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.

The City of Hillsdale Economic Development Corporation offers approximately 45 acres of vacant land for residential subdivision development, adjacent to the Three Meadows Subdivison.

The property is owned by the City of Hillsdale EDC and is 280 and 286 West Bacon Street. The approximately 45 acres vacant land provides an opportunity to offer new-build housing options.

The EDC’s preferred development for this site would:

• Create new, for-sale residential options in a combination of single-family detached, duplex, and townhome formats.

• Include at least 10 percent of units as accessible and barrier free.

• Offer site layout and building design that respects and complements the adjacent Three Meadows Subdivision.

• Offer residences ready for occupancy within two years of property sale.

City of Hillsdale EDC’s asking price is $344,000. The EDC may consider reduction to this price in support of an optimal development plan.

Interested development teams are invited to submit qualifications to the EDC by September 23, 2019.

Questions may be directed to EDC contact:
