Napoleon Community Schools issued the following announcement on Nov. 6.
In honor of our local United States Veterans we are hosting a district wide Veteran’s Day Assembly on Monday, November 11th, 2019 at Napoleon High School. If you or some other person your child knows has served in any branch of the military, we would like to invite you to be a part of this special event. Students may invite Veteran’s they know to school or choose to honor their memory. Each building has sent home the information listed below to be completed and returned to your student’s building for every Veteran to be included in the event. Your cooperation and support is greatly appreciated.

Monday, November 11, 2019 NCS Veteran’s Day Agenda of events:
8:30-9:00– Each building on campus Ezra Eby Elementary, Napoleon Middle School and Napoleon High School to host their invited Veteran’s for coffee and donuts.
9:00-9:10– Whole district will gather around flag pole for a quick presentation and dedication to our Veterans monument
9:40-9:45-Gather at the high school for our program
10:45– District Wide Veterans program will conclude
10:45-11:25– (Optional for Eby Guests) Veteran may come back and be introduced to their child’s classroom.
