Senator Roger Victory has announced a budget update town hall for residents of Michigan’s 31st Senate District. The event is scheduled for Friday, October 31 at 10 a.m. and will take place in the Community Room at the Herrick District Library North Branch, located at 155 Riley St. in Holland.
“My goal is to provide my constituents the opportunity to stay informed,” said Victory, R-Hudsonville. “This budget included a significant amount of funding for Ottawa and Allegan counties, and I look forward to sharing more about how the changes will impact West Michigan.”
The 31st Senate District covers several cities including Ferrysburg, Holland, Hudsonville, Grand Haven and Zeeland. It also includes communities such as Jenison, Spring Lake and West Olive, as well as the townships of Crockery, Holland, Georgetown, Grand Haven, Laketown, Park, Port Sheldon and Robinson.
Residents who are unsure if they live within the district can verify their status using the “Find My Senator” tool on the Michigan Senate website (senate.michigan.gov).
