Cost of college went up for all students at Adrian College

Tuition and fees rose 3 percent for 2018-19 at Adrian College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Michigan students paid $37,087 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,077 more than the $36,010 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 528 students received grants or scholarships totaling $13.2 million and 422 students took out student loans totaling more than $3.4 million.

Including all undergraduates (1,856), 1,607 students used grants or scholarships totaling $38.9 million, and 1,273 students took out $8.6 million in federal student loans.
