City of Jackson issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
Enjoy yoga in the open air of Ella Sharp Park! The Parks and Recreation Department's outdoor yoga class continues Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. in the Ella Sharp Park Rose Garden starting Sept. 3. Cost is $4 a class. Classes will take place through Sept. and possibly through the fall depending on weather. Pilates or any outdoor class at Loomis Park will not continue this fall.
