Rep. Tim Walberg, serving Michigan’s 5th district and a current member of the U.S. Congress since 2011, has been vocal about legislative initiatives and his support for the current administration through several tweets in late March and early April 2025.

On March 31, Rep. Walberg expressed his involvement in a new legislative effort, saying, "I am proud to join @DorisMatsui and @RepRickAllen in introducing the FUTURE Networks Act which will help ensure that the U.S. remains a global leader in wireless technology." This initiative emphasizes the importance of maintaining the United States' cutting-edge position in tech.

On April 1, he commented on the ongoing measures related to national security, asserting, "President @realDonaldTrump is delivering on his promise to secure the border." This remark highlights his support for President Trump’s border security strategy.

Later the same day, Rep. Walberg introduced another legislative proposal aimed at benefiting small businesses. He announced, "AHPs level the playing field for small businesses by allowing high-quality coverage at better rates. Today, I introduced the Association Health Plans Act to bring down health care costs for small businesses and their employees." This proposal seeks to reduce healthcare expenditures for small business owners and their staff.
