City of Adrian issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
The Adrian City Commission will convene for a Special Meeting Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 6:00pm to interview candidates for the vacancy on the Commission. The meeting will be held at the Adrian Armory, at 230 W. Maumee St., Adrian, Michigan 49221. The meeting is open to the public. Pursuant to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Emergency Order Under MCL 333.2253 – Gathering Prohibition and Face Covering Order - Attendees must wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of distance between themselves and other attendees. Attendees will also be required to fill out a questionnaire, and have their temperature taken. For those that wish to attend the meeting virtually, an option for public participation will also be available via Zoom at the link below. If the number of attendees should exceed the number allowed by the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services for an in-person meeting, the meeting will be adjourned.
