Of the 2,204 people living in Spring Arbor in 2020, 62.3 percent (1,373) were women and 37.7 percent (831) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Michigan News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 266. In the 65 and over age range, there were 299 females and 116 males.
