Of the 1,331 people living in Grass Lake in 2020, 51.8 percent (689) were women and 48.2 percent (642) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Michigan News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 23. In the 65 and over age range, there were 150 females and 60 males.
