A true piece of Fenton history is for sale right now!

A true piece of Fenton history is for sale right now! Check out this Zillow listing for 308 W. Shiawassee Ave.

This stunning Victorian is the subject of one whole chapter of Marcina McKeon Foster's fantastic historical novel about Fenton, "Stories from the Attic."

She writes, "The house had been built in 1880 by Josiah Buckbee, a businessman and banker. It boasted a double front glassed door, a huge side porch and a large carriage house in the rear. The foundation was high with large windows, including a roomy cellar. The current owner was Mr. Damon, who traveled the Wild West shows as a sharpshooter."

We have attached the Zillow listing for you, as well as historical pics of Buckbee and Damon. Foster's protagonist Grace says 308 W. Shiawassee is her dream home, and we get why! You will salivate over the pics in the listing.
