FOIA Request to Lenawee County Election Division Regarding Pre-Election Voting Machine Test Reports on October 30, 2024.
In our ongoing commitment to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at South Michigan News have sent a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Lenawee County Election Division in Michigan. The request, sent on October 30, 2024, seeks access to records pertaining to the pre-election testing of voting machines.
Specifically, we have asked for the pre-election test reports of voting machines in PDF format. The requested data fields include the test date, machine manufacturer, machine model number, and machine status indicating whether the test was passed or failed.
