TECUMSEH PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Two Students Have Tested Positive For COVID-19

Tecumseh Public Schools issued the following announcement on Sept. 28.

Tecumseh Public Schools has been notified of two students who have tested positive for COVID-19. Immediately after receiving the notification, TPS staff began using Lenawee Health Department guidance for contact tracing. As a result, students who are considered close contacts will be requested to go into quarantine for 14 days (retroactive to the date of last contact) to monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. Assuming there are no other cases that arise, these students may return on Monday, October 5. All students directly impacted have been made aware. If you have NOT been contacted, you can assume that your child is not involved.
