Camden-Frontier School recently issued the following announcement.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Since our morning closure, the state police have visited the homes of the students involved in the threat, spoken with them and their parents and determined there is no risk to our general student body or staff as it relates to this event.
Thanks to the very quick work of the state police, it is safe to re-open campus and we look forward to our return tomorrow morning. Please be aware that sheriffs deputies and/or state police troopers will regularly be on campus this week for safety reasons. Their presence is welcome and not a sign of a new problem. We will share information on all rescheduled evening events soon including new dates for the band concert, board meeting and robotics celebration. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
