City of Jackson issued the following announcement on Nov. 14.
A special meeting of the Jackson City Council is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 25 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting was organized at the request of the Mayor and City Council to interview candidates for the vacant City Attorney position.
City Attorney candidates will be interviewed by the Mayor and City Council during the meeting. It is open to the public and will take place in the 2nd Floor City Council Chambers of Jackson City Hall.
