City of Adrian issued the following announcement on March 20
Beginning Tuesday, March 17th, all City of Adrian buildings and offices will be closed to the public in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This closure is indefinite and will be evaluated as more information becomes available. Residents needing to speak with staff may do so via email or phone. Visitors will only be allowed in by appointment during this time period, upon determination of the relevant department head. To schedule an appointment please call 517-263-2161. Residents are asked to make payments via the drop box behind City Hall, online (www.adriancity.com) or by phone at 1-855-331-3635.
Public meetings of boards and commissions may be canceled. Notices regarding cancellations will be posted on the boards outside of City Hall, on the City website, social media accounts, and sent to local news media outlets. More information regarding the procedure for future meetings will be released at a later time.
