City of Hillsdale issued the following announcement on April 2
Nominating petitions are now available for Council member seats in wards 1-4 for the November 3, 2020 general election. Please contact the city clerk's office to arrange pick up or mailing options for petitions, affidavit of filing and committee forms. Petitions will require at least 25 signatures but no more than 50. Candidate must be a qualified elector in the city and be a resident for three (3) years as well as residing in the ward for at least six (6) months prior to the date of the election. (sec.5-1)
Deadline to return petitions and forms is Tuesday, April 21, 2020 by 4:00p.m. (*deadline may be subject to change under state orders)
