City of Adrian issued the following announcement on May 6.
The City of Adrian Utilities Department will begin flushing hydrants on Sunday, May 10th. This should take 2 - 3 weeks to complete. Most of the flushing will occur between the hours of 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. Residents should check the color of the water in their homes before washing white clothes. If you experience rusty water, run your cold water for a short time to clear your lines. Any questions or concerns can be directed to the Utilities Department at 264-4859 or 264-4825.
