Tim Walberg honors education, army reserve, and local farms in April 2025 tweets

Representative Tim Walberg, serving Michigan’s 5th District since 2011, recently shared his thoughts and activities through several tweets. A long-standing figure in U.S. Congress, Walberg has been involved in various roles, including Chairman of the Education and Workforce Committee, and has advocated for numerous causes concerning his constituents.

In a post from April 22, 2025, "I had the opportunity to speak to students from Triumph Academy and was inspired by these future leaders. As Chairman of the Education and Workforce Committee, I support school choice so that every child, regardless of income or zip code, can receive a quality education that best", Walberg expressed his encouragement after speaking with students. He emphasized his continued advocacy for school choice to ensure equitable access to quality education for all children.

On the following day, April 23, 2025, Walberg took to Twitter to acknowledge the "117th birthday of the United States Army Reserve. On this day, we honor the brave individuals who proudly stand ready whenever duty calls." This acknowledgment highlights Walberg’s respect and appreciation for those serving in the military.

In another post on April 24, 2025, Representative Walberg shared his visit to a local family farm, "I had the opportunity to stop by Ruhlig Farms, a fourth-generation family farming operation in Carleton and learn more about the vital work they do to provide Michiganders with high-quality produce and landscaping plants. I will continue to focus on removing burdensome". He commended the farm's role in providing quality products to Michigan residents and emphasized his support for reducing regulatory burdens that impact such family-run operations.

Tim Walberg, who began his political career in the Michigan House of Representatives, continues his focus on education, military service recognition, and support for local farming to benefit Michigan's residents, fulfilling his commitments in office.
