The House Committee on Education and Workforce, led by Chairman Tim Walberg (R-MI), has scheduled a hearing to discuss innovation in higher education. The session, titled “The Future of College: Harnessing Innovation to Improve Outcomes and Lower Costs,” will take place at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in room 2175 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
The committee will explore ways to use new approaches and technologies in colleges and universities to improve student results while making education more affordable. The event is open to members of the press and will also be live-streamed on the Committee’s YouTube page.
