City of Morenci issued the following announcement on July 24.
We’ve had some questions about spraying for mosquitoes this year.
A lot of issues have come up (rain, availability of the product due to a key ingredient’s production being halted last October, and availability of a commercial applicator to spray) that have made our availability to spray an issue, but we have a date and plan to spray tomorrow (Saturday, July 24, 2021) starting at 8:45 p.m.
