City of Adrian issued the following announcement on Aug. 30.
Traffic Signals along Beecher at Division, Center, and Treat Streets are currently not working due to a power issue. Please treat all non-working traffic signals as a four way stop and drive with extreme caution while we try to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.
