City of Adrian issued the following announcement on Sept 4.
The City of Adrian is sad to announce the passing of one of our devoted employees, Walt Vogel. Walt was a returning seasonal that had been with the City for many years, and always came to work with a smile on his face.
A respected co-worker and friend, Walt will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.
