City of Hillsdale recently issued the following announcement.
Check out that smooth pavement! Construction on E. Biddle Street and Cooley Place wrapped up last week. These residential streets received a new water main and lead service line replacements, along with new curbs, sidewalks and street surface. The improved streets look great!
