Later that day, he posted about water safety awareness with a brief message: "Water Safety Wednesday" (July 30, 2025).
The following morning, Victory expressed appreciation for civic participation after an event: "Thank you to everyone who joined me for my town hall event this morning. It was great to meet with constituents and hear about their concerns." (July 31, 2025).
