Senator Roger Victory recently held a town hall meeting at the Georgetown Township Public Library, where residents had the opportunity to discuss various local and state issues. The event saw strong attendance from community members interested in updates on legislative work and policy matters affecting their district.

“I was grateful for the respectful crowd who brought forward important questions impacting our community,” said Victory, R-Hudsonville. “Being transparent and accessible is part of my role as a public servant, and this town hall event was a great way to connect with my constituents to discuss a number of state issues that are impacting them.

“I am proud to say that we were able to get through every single question provided by the audience.”

During the session, attendees asked about topics such as Michigan’s state budget, transportation infrastructure, and other matters relevant to local concerns. Victory has consistently made efforts to engage with residents through public office hours and similar events. He stated that this town hall is part of his ongoing commitment to maintain transparency and accessibility in his service as senator.
